Coaching

As a coach, my philosophy is centered on helping players learn, have fun, and improve every time they step on the field. My goal is to ensure every player feels valued by creating opportunities for everyone to handle the ball, whether through a pass, handoff, or a catch. I emphasize rotating positions to promote well-rounded development, giving each child the chance to explore different roles and grow their skills.

Philosophy

This will be our second season teaching and coaching flag football. Our goal is to focus on teaching the fundamentals while ensuring the players have fun, with the hope that they’ll want to return season after season. Coaching flag football is entirely volunteer-based, but over the past three years, I’ve seen how much enjoyment my son and other players have gotten from the game, and I’m excited to be part of that experience.

Learning

Kids have different learning styles—visual, auditory, and hands-on. I post videos of plays to help kids visually understand how they are executed. Watch this sample play.
